Business Warranty

All repairs are guaranteed, for a period of 30 days after completion, to be free of defects. Any existing problems with your plumbing system, or any problems that are uncovered as a result of performing conventional repairs, will not be covered under our 30 day warranty. Fixtures or faucets and appliances purchased from us come with our In House Service Warranty at no additional charge. For a period of 1 year from the date of installation under our In House Service Warranty we will repair or replace any fixture, faucet or appliance we supply that is found to be defective at no cost to you. Beyond 1 year, the manufacturers warranty, if still in effect, will apply. Where fixtures, faucets or appliances are supplied by the customer, our warranty will cover the installation only for a period of 1 year. Additional charges will be incurred for any labor and material required to repair or replace a defective or problem fixture or faucet not purchased through us. Additionally, when customers supply their own faucets, fixtures or appliances, charges will apply if we have to wait due to return or due to missing parts, damaged parts, or purchase of the incorrect faucet or fixture. We strongly suggest that you allow us to supply all materials, fixtures, and faucets to avoid any possible problems that may otherwise result.
